I with Edward in his workshop. Finally, get to take photo with him (as I always forgot to). The guitar I am holding is the Triple-0 which just completed by him 2 days before this photo shot. I always dreamed of getting know a luthier and ask him to build me something that I dream of. The Triple-0 is a upgrade model from his usual model. Eg, 3-pieces Philipine Meranti neck instead of single piece Nyatoh, double rosewood facing headstock & his Signature on the labe which he usually will only sign the custom model. I will soon have him upgrade the machinehead to Gotoh & install the K&K sound Pure Westure Mini pickup. I'm really glad to know him as he not only a great maker but also a nice guy to chat with especially on guitar. He will listen & discuss about the construction of guitar, also share his idea. Trust me, his waiting list will get real long soon as all the good thing about his guitars are spreading fast around.

Here's Ah Choong who all the way & take all the trouble to rushed back from Melaka to Subang just to snap some nice photos for me... Thank you, Choong! I felt so sorry that I didn't take photo which him during the 2003 Guitar Festival where I won 2nd Runner-up. Maybe I was overjoy as that's my first time paticipated in guitar competition & luckily I got something. Anyway, we finally took the photo together & this time he proudly took with champion! Haha! Thanks, buddy!
Chatting with Roger during the lunch break about guitars (what else?) & showed him the guitar which just completed by Edward. He like the guitar & probably he going to get one for himself (I think). He is surprise to find out there's someone else beside Jefferey who build guitars here in Malaysia. Edward BOLEH!
Winners from all categories:(L~R) Esemble, Open Solo, Senior Classical & Junior Classical.

Receiving prize from the Managing Director of Yamaha Malaysia, Mr. Suzuki.
I participated in the Yamaha Guitar Camp & Festival 2006 on 19 & 20 August 2006. I played the "Sprinter" which composed by the famous Japanese Fingerstyle Guitarist Isato Nakagawa. And I won the Grand Prix of the Open Solo Category. Unbelievable experience to me!
